For those that are in town, come join us for an informal get-together
dessert & coffee will be provided

Saturday, July 4, 2009 10 am – 5 pm

SCHEDULE

10:00-12:00 Registration

We will have family tables set up (take family group pictures, look at family photos, visit with family

12:00-1:00 Lunch: We will have tables set up in another room for lunch

1:00-3:00 Sharing time: stories, songs, and memories

3:00-5:00 Family group pictures made, time to visit more with family.

5:00 Depart safely – Blessings on all



We will put up tables for each family group to display genealogy papers, newspaper clippings, family pictures (then & now), etc. Please let us know which family member from your group will be responsible for the Table: _______________________________________________

We are having a Carry-in (Pot Luck) lunch – please bring enough food for your family members attending plus a couple more. If you are coming from a different town, feel free to stop by the local Grocery Deli, Costco, etc. and pick up items for lunch including dessert & beverages. Paper plates, cups, and eating utensils will be provided.
